The project
Against the backdrop of long-term corporate development, Heino Keller, shareholder of DiNOVO Bekleidungskonzepte GmbH & Co. KG, sought a strategic partner who would support the company's further growth while preserving DiNOVO's identity and operational strength. The goal was to find a majority investor who would strengthen DiNOVO's market position in the long term and tap into additional development potential. The transaction was supported by Peter Schulten and Markus Schupp.
