The project

The shareholders approached WESTFALENFINANZ GmbH with the request to find a suitable buyer who would ensure the continuation of the company and preserve the protected software of the unique simulators.

The ideal buyer

Following individual market approaches by WESTFALENFINANZ GmbH, the ideal buyer was found in May 2024 in the form of 123fahrschule SE. As a result, 123fahrschule SE is acquiring 100% of the shares in FOERST GmbH. The acquisition and the associated direct access to technology, software, and hardware will enable 123fahrschule SE to significantly increase the rollout of driving simulators in its own branches. In addition, 123fahrschule plans to expand FOERST GmbH's product portfolio with its own software elements and offer the optimized product range nationally and internationally in the driving school and education market.
