The logical consequence was the founding of WESTFALENKAPITAL. Here, we pool capital from entrepreneurs who have sold their companies with us and from employees of WESTFALENFINANZ.

We invest in German SMEs. More specifically, we invest in the sub-segment that is of no interest to private equity investors and larger strategists due to its size; these are generally companies with revenues of less than €10 million. This means that competition on the buyer side is quite limited, resulting in good opportunities to get involved.
However, even in this size category, there are numerous highly profitable companies in which we want to invest. We think long-term and act as a reliable SME partner to support and further develop the company.
Our investors were or are all entrepreneurs in the SME sector themselves and are very familiar with the day-to-day challenges. We provide the successor with an active advisory board to give them the best possible support.
